Preparation and Readiness:

• Propose the formation of specialized teams to handle crises and disasters.

• Participate in providing the necessary equipment for the unit’s headquarters and securing safety measures within the college.

Planning and Coordination:

• Contribute to preparing clear work plans and distributing tasks among unit members.

• Coordinate between the unit and various college departments to ensure a unified response during crises.

Training and Awareness:

• Organize training courses for faculty members, staff, and students in collaboration with the relevant Civil Defense Authority.

• Promote community awareness within the college on how to deal with crises and disasters.

Evaluation and Reporting:

• Prepare periodic reports detailing the unit’s activities and present them in official crisis management meetings.

• Present important issues to the Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development for appropriate decision-making.

Representation and Follow-up:

• Represent the college in official meetings related to crisis and disaster management at local and national levels.

• Monitor the implementation of assigned tasks and plans, continuously evaluating their effectiveness.
