Unit Vision

The Quality Assurance Unit aspires to excellence in implementing quality assurance systems and achieving continuous improvement and enhancement of institutional, educational, and research performance.

Unit Mission

The Quality Assurance Unit seeks to promote a culture of quality and evaluate the academic and institutional performance of the faculty’s units, implementing local, regional, and international academic standards to ensure the quality of educational and research processes, accredit the faculty’s academic and professional programs, and strengthen community partnerships.

Unit Objectives and Tasks

  • Prepare the faculty for accreditation by establishing a permanent internal quality system.
  • Raise awareness of quality culture and accreditation among academics and non-academics through organizing seminars and training workshops.
  • Continuously improve the quality of teaching, learning, scientific research, and community service processes.
  • Ensure continuous updating of knowledge and skills contained within the faculty’s three departments (Tourism Guidance/Tourism Studies/Hotel Management) in addition to the college's specialized programs.
  • Qualify and prepare faculty members, teaching assistants, and administrative staff in accordance with development and modernization requirements through implementing quality and accreditation systems.
  • Raise awareness of the importance of continuous improvement at various administrative levels, ensuring management effectiveness and efficiency, thereby contributing to strengthening the faculty’s mission.
