The Faculty Examination System

Final semester examinations for all academic courses are conducted at the end of each semester and include:

Written Exams: Duration of two hours. These are done at the end of each semester
Practical Exams: These consist of applications, hands-on work, or project-based assessments. As well as computer program evaluations.
Oral Exams: Administered for certain courses in which student evaluation includes verbal assessment.

The exam schedules are determined by the Examinations Administration in coordination with faculty members, Taking in to consideration the opinion of students. Exam timetables are published Two weeks prior to the commencement of exams.

Lists of students’ names and their corresponding seat numbers are displayed outside the examination halls and are sent to leaders of each academic year to be displayed for students before the exams with one week to facilitate the process of locating examination venues.

Re-Examination Exams are displayed before the main exams as to facilitate and assist in accuracy of data for students who are remaining in some courses.
